Polar Air did an excellent job on my new heater two years ago. I called a a few months ago to have my AC recharged. The owner listened to the symptoms on the phone and quickly told me I didn't need a recharge, and how to easily correct the trouble. Free advice! It worked.

Last night my compressor shut down at 7pm. I called the answering service, and had a call back, again from Richard, the owner, in 10 minutes. 45 minutes later, a Polar Air technician knocked on my door, and had me up and running before 9:00a. I already knew what was wrong, because I have a background in industrial repair and had tested the circuitry while waiting.

He arrived at the same conclusion that I did without prompting. He could easily have tried to pump up the bill. He had the repair part on his truck, and fixed the unit it in short order.

I have nothing but compliments for this company.
